Academic Achievement - Outstanding Board Result of last three years in AISSE and AISSCE with 100% pass in flying colours.
School Councilor is focusing individual students with the help of teachers, parents and school authority for the proper counseling of the students.
We don’t have any CWSN students however as per CBSE direction we have managed a special educator on contractual basis to guide slow learning and mentally depressed students.
Anti-ragging and Anti-sexual Harassment committee have been constituted as per the Governmental norms.
Efforts made on Environmental Education: Division of students in various Eco-friendly clubs, clean VJA mission, awareness programme, rally etc.
Special Achievements: Education with moral values and feelings of patriotism, qualitative Education with joyful learning.
Innovation: Motivating students for 3H, Heart, Hand & Head for the life skills of well as to prepare themselves as a selfless soldier/ Warrior of the nation for the future.
PTM: 5 times in an Academic Session: April. June. September, October and December and other PTM as per norms of PTA.
SMC Decision: 1) Takes the necessary steps to develop healthy educational environment of the school by fulfilling all the needs seen in teaching learning.
2) Monitor and supervise the teaching faculties for qualitative education of the children with utmost personal care and interest.
3) Aware the teaching and non-teaching staff for the existing rules and norms to be followed for the wellbeing of the students as per the directions of the state govt. as well CBSE.
4) Allowances, incentives and salaries are paid to the staff as per their performance according to the source of income and tries best for the utmost satisfaction of the staff and all the transaction are being made by the Bank. PF, PT, Insurance, leaves facilities as per the norms. Approaching for the settlement of Gratuity of the staff.
5) 4th grade staff as well as guards are supervised technically for their continuous support and service.
6) Minimum 5 meetings of the SMC in an academic session as well as a joint meeting of the Trust, SMC and school staff twice a year.
